Tasting Notes

This is a gorgeously rich, fat, concentrated wine with an intense, spicy nose of almost burnt peaches intermixed with brown butter, almond paste, and caramel.
Extremely full-bodied, thick, and juicy, with almost marmalade-like sweetness, this wine also seems to have hit its plateau of drinkability. Anticipated maturity: now - 2020. Last tasted, 1/03
