No tasting note was given.
A gorgeous white, with loads of rich and ripe fruit and fresh lemony, mineral and honey character. Full-bodied, with layers of fruit and fresh acidity. Very long finish.
Great richness - fatness even - on the nose. Melon, rather open already, figs, very expressive. Very exciting if embryonic. Lime cordial and finesse with spicy notes. Very clean and well-defined and long. Really good - fuller and denser than Laville. (51% SB, 49 % Sem)
Just a whisker more Sauvignon than Sémillon here, but almost equal. The nose is fabulous- really intense, with spicy lemon and exotic limey, grapefruity characters. It's a big, rich, opulent style, with intense fruit concentration and elegantly balanced by a minerally streak of acidity. Oak is evident, and present. It's a more opulent, exotic style than Laville, but with length and vigour. Classic wine. 2007-2015
Notes of lemon oil, honeyed grapefruit, and other assorted citrus, along with full-bodied, elegant flavors, fine acidity, and a stony, waxy character emerge from the outstanding 2004 Haut-Brion Blanc.
