Tasting Notes

Outstanding
Airy, indeed almost elusive but highly complex earth and mineral suffused red pinot fruit plus floral hints, particularly violets that can also be found on the vibrant, intense and textured medium full flavors that possess excellent delineation on the focused, punchy and linear finish that also displays a streak of minerality. This too is an ultra elegant and refined wine and recommended. Drink: 2013+

Good deep red with ruby highlights. Dark raspberry, blackberry, mocha and minerals on the nose. Sweet and rich but fresh, with terrific sappy intensity to the dark fruit flavors. Wonderfully supple and smooth on the back end, finishing with ripe, broad tannins. Today the wine's volume completely hides its underlying spine. 2009 - 2019
