Excellent fresh mid purple, very pretty aromatics on the nose, Vosne elegance and medium plus intensity. Lifted raspberry with softer cherry, quite compact for the vintage but perfectly proportioned.
The 2018 Vosne-Romanée Village wafts from the glass with an inviting bouquet of raspberries, spices, orange rind, rich soil tones and espresso roast. On the palate, it's medium to full-bodied, fleshy and concentrated, with fine structuring tannins, succulent acids and a long, delicately perfumed finish.
