Tasting Notes

**Note: roughly 75% of the blend is from a parcel in the En la Richarde plus another in Folatières proper toward Champ Gain at the very top of the vineyard; vine age is 30+ years and it was aged in 1/3 new oak**
An expressive and wonderfully elegant nose features notes of wet stone, acacia blossom, white peach and essence of pear. There is a really lovely sense of underlying tension to the vibrant and intense medium-bodied flavors that also exhibit plenty of minerality on the balanced, focused and linear finish that begins to fan out as it lingers. This should also amply repay mid-term cellaring.
