A ripe and deeply pitched nose of plum, warm earth and dried rose petal gives way to lightly spiced medium-bodied flavors that are at once rich but fresh and offer ample volume on the intense and lingering finish. I like the mouth feel as there is enough sap to buffer the solid structural elements.
