This serious, structured and potently flavored wine made with 50% whole clusters and fermented with native yeast, has all the dark, brooding character of the varietal, from a deep inky color to black-pepper and blackberry flavors to plenty of fine-grained tannins that add grip to the texture, while also showing unusual finesse.
