An exuberantly floral-suffused nose offers up additional aromas of freshly sliced green apple along with hints of mineral reduction and an abundance of citrus elements. The racy and beautifully detailed middle weight flavors possess a beguiling mouthfeel as well as an evident stoniness on the linear, chiseled and moderate dry finale. While this is built to reward at least a decade of keeping, it should be reasonably approachable after only 4 to 5 years of aging.
Pale lemon in colour, another of the richer bouquets, a little more giving than Referts. Lovely white fruit on the palate, ripe pears in very good balance, a generous finish, shows where it is on the slope, but with poise. Just the right trace of acidity at the finish. Very good.
