Aromas of orange oil, freshly baked bread, crisp peach and oyster shell introduce the 2020 Chablis Grand Cru Vaudésir, a medium to full-bodied, fleshy and textural wine with tangy acids, chalky extract and a comparatively structured, reserved profile for a site that can deliver youthfully extroverted wines. It's now vinified and matured in 500-liter barrels. Drink 2025-2045.
